“Well, I gave a 5 star rating although we had a wait time even when we scheduled an appointment.
What made it a 5 Star? Well, the receptionist and the service tech that was with her were very, helpful and cordial. They gave a summary of things we need to do on our car that should be taken care of and I appreciated that concern.
I only wished that Summary of work we need to take care of was included with our receipt. When I got home I couldn't remember most of the things they went over with me when I tried to explain to my husband.

“I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. At the end of the experience that unko said since it's a patch and plug it's free. Just blessings on blessings. This location this business the customer service the workers they are so awesome!
