“I called into the shop because I noticed a squeaking noise when I was backing up. The owner told me to bring it in so he could check it out. Everything ended up being in good working condition, but the owner still did a full review of my brake pads and took my vehicle for a test drive to see the brake’s responsiveness. The owner took the time to fully explain everything to me and was unbelievably kind. He didn’t even charge me a dime! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll certainly be back when my vehicle actually needs work done!”

“Got my 2005 crv front left window regulator assembly replaced Nov.13, 2023.Costs me $120 for labor, $130+ for parts. It took no longer than 2hrs since I dropped the vehicle up to picking it up.I’d say price was within my expectations. John and Michael are great folks who are very welcoming and very professional.They’d call you first for the quote and it’s up to you to go ahead with it or not, there’s no diagnostic fee, and best of all, there’s 1yr warranty on labor and parts!”

“I am so pleased by the service Ace Auto Glass in Aiea. My window on my BMW was busted by some derelict by Camp Erdman during the day. My insurance company hooked me up with Safelite which I've used before and they were good.This time they gave me an appt. for February 12 at my home and they couldn't do it until then because they needed a part. Then I got a text saying we've updated your appt. for Feburary 16 and I'd have to bring it in town. I told them that won't work because I'm having surgery on February 14th. I asked them what happened to my February 12th appt. and at my house. No response.I can't leave my window open like that for too long as the rain and weather could damage it more.I called Ace Auto Glass to ask for an estimate and she gave me the lowest price of all the auto glass places I called AND she had it in stock! AND she could get me in that day!! The chances of having my exact window is almost unheard of.I highly recommend them and the great service and employees.Nancy SmithPearl City”

“MIDAS Waipahu is awesome.. I used to work there. Lito, Craig, and the other techs are a good team. You can trust them in knowing their stuff, especially the Head Mechanic Lito, hes Awesome and knows his stuff. If you ever have issues with anything, bring it to them. You can count on them( well, depending on what you want done to your vehicle). If I had another shot in going back to work for them, I would; but honestly, being a mechanic/technician isn't all what it seems, not unless you're really passionate about cars and the automotive industry, then by all means go for it. “Made an online appt for oil change. I normally go to the Aiea location but opted for Waipahu as it's in my hood. Arrived early, checked in & was told it could take up to 2 hours. Rather than sit in the waiting area, I strolled across the street for a late lunch. Less than an hour later, they called to advise my car was ready! Samson checked me out quickly & I was on my way. Great customer service. Aiea location normally vacuums my car out whenever I have any kind of servicing done. Idk if it was because they've known me for years.”

“I have been coming to Ed to get my safety check for years. It is always a pleasant experience. Although the hours of operation state 9am it's closer to 10. Friendly reminder you will be waiting for a while to get serviced BUT you should shoot to be here by 9-9:30 as the line tends to get long. I was here at 9 today being the first in line. Additionally there is no bathroom available so keep that in mind.”

“Big Mahalo to Jeff and his Crew. Got started on my lift at first crack upon opening up shop at 0900 and as promised had my F150 fitted up and sitting correctly at 1845. I purchased my RC 6" lift on my own, it's not a brand they carry in their shop but excellent work was done. The previous shop that did my RC 2" leveling kit was just all around sloppy. Jeff keeps a tight ship and the condition of his shop reflects their dedication to their craft. Mahalo for blessing me with checking off a lifelong bucketlist item. Go check them out. “I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant.
