The employees are great!Their yen exchange is very convenient and was at a better rate than the one in Waikiki!I'm so glad they're my bank

Good customer service at this bank but it's parking lot is too small for a drive thru ATM. The pictures are of the line going to the drive thru ATM machine. The bank is open for business but with this line at the ATM, no one parked can leave.
