“I took my nother in law here and she made a deposit. She banks here. I do not. The lady at the front helped out my mother in law extremely. She made the extra effort of making copies for her. I went inside to show various identification and she made two copies. Now that's customer service. I didn't catch her name but she was truly nice and helpful. The inside of the bank is nice and was playing some relaxing music as there was a long line when I walked in. I think there were 4 tellers working. Plenty of parking up front and to the side. My mother in law always has a good experience here.”

Also they have great customer service departments. I like this particular Branch because branch manager appreciates your business. “Family has business with them. Friends worked for them. There ATM was easy to use for what I needed it for, checking balance and withdrawal. The only thing is,, unless I missed it, is the money denominator, it only dispense $20, no option to request larger bills, like $50 or $100, carrying a wad of money on a large withdrawal is unsettling for female, older and are not able to have someone accompany you for safety reasons. I know there are other options, but sometimes you don't have a choice...sharing.”

“I came in to withdraw a considerable amount to donate to Nalaniikaleomana Foundation who has helped homeless teens and adult from Waianae to Honolulu. They partnered with a few nonprofits to support and provide food, necessities, and one forgotten shelter. However part of my withdrawal was for self purchase and rewarding myself. But one of the managers called me to her desk and nice because I can take the load off my feet...lucky me?! She was so personable and patient with my requests as well as questions. This was so awesome! It's such a pleasantly decorated place with a turquoise color palette...somewhat calming. People are really friendly here. This credit union has hand sanitizers all over the place. Of course everyone, employees and customers must wear masks. I love Hickam Credit Union and my biggest account located. In fact, my mom opened my account about 40 years ago. At one point, I forgot about it before checking whether it still existed. But I kept track and utilize it more now!!! Ciao”

“The Hawaii State Federal Credit Union is located by Central Pacific Bank, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Ichiriki - across from the Pearlridge Uptown area. There are many parking stalls on the first and second floors of the strip mall. The staff here are helpful. There are sometimes lines of State workers but the tellers are efficient and the line moves quickly. I have an account here and although I work at a different company - not for the state, I can still keep my account.”

“I've been a member of Hawaii USA FCU for the past 12+ years now and have always been happy with their services. I do majority of my in person banking here at the Waipahu location, as I used to live/work in the Kunia area. The tellers are always friendly and do their job efficiently. I have had to work with loan officers a few times and they are also very efficient and professional. The only junky parts are that the current/newer location is smaller and can get crowded as they usually have 2-4 tellers working at a time. The parking lot can also get crowded, but luckily it is a section of Waipahu Town Center and you can park further near Longs or Seafood City and walk over. All of those things are out of their control so I didn't feel the need to deduct any stars from my review. I recommend Hawaii USA FCU and this branch in particular for your banking needs.”
“Been banking here for as long as I can remember. Lots of different faces through the years, but everyone was helpful and polite. I’ve been helped by head teller Jennifer the most. She even took care of situations for me on the phone during Covid time when I was hesitant to go in. Jennifer always explains things well and doesn’t rush me out. She patiently helped me with my uChoose Rewards program today, among other things and even made sure I was able to login before I left. I’m fortunate to receive her services!Maria and Anisha are two other people who have been at this location for years too. The three of them have been a great part of Territorial Savings Bank. I hope to continue seeing them around for years to come.”

“Mililani receptionist saved the day! I had gone by the Radford branch. Tried to drop off paperwork, but the receptionist wanted me to sign in....behind 20 people waiting in the lobby (more than an hour wait). I tried to explain that I just needed to drop it off, and then she said I could go to Miliani if I didn't want to wait......so I took the 20-minute drive. The Miliani branch receptionist took it no problem, out in 1 minuteshe said, "no problem, we'll FedEx it tomorrow.”
