Ryan gave me piece of mind re: the integrity of my systems plus options for getting Wi-Fi pods & switching out my Wi-Fi equipment via customer care… plus ensuring i can get my cable tv viewing back re: the xumo box residential agreement. “Staffs were friendly, courteous and well informed. Went there to purchase new updated cellular for granddaughter because her old phone was not working serviceable (technical problems). Wanted to upgrade my cellular but not completely sold to the idea and products expensive. Wanted a new battery for my phone but was informed they do not carry sell batteries. Sad to hear that!”
