“Have an issue with my iPhone 11. Went to another Verizon store no help at all. Stopped by the pearl ridge store and was assisted by Chucky. He listened to the issue, offered some options none explained by the other location. I decided to try for a repair at one of their support sites which he setup for me. Just want to say thanks to Chucky for spending the time helping me out! Excellent customer service! Mahalo!Jon”

“I have mixed feelings about this place. It depends on who your sales person is. The service has always been prompt. Just be sure you ask questions in detail, and take note of the details bc one can easily be misled, and they definitely try to upsell by adding on offers for all kinds of extras here and there. I put 3 lines on my account and got 1 free I phone, and bought on iPhone 15 in full... the misc extras like Walmart, Netflix etc was not appealing. The fact that they offer all of those perks for "small" amounts was not my favorite thing. It comes across as salesman like. Clearly, they make commission, and that's not the best feeling to have when purchasing. Overall though, I've been satisfied and my needs have been met. Verizon may cost a little more but the cel service and over-the-phone customer service is great.”

Wanted to upgrade my cellular but not completely sold to the idea and products expensive. Wanted a new battery for my phone but was informed they do not carry sell batteries. Sad to hear that!”

“Elyssa was and is great . She got me discounts reorganized my bill without me asking to give me a discount monthly of $65 dollars a month which will be almost $800 a year I'm so grateful . She also gave me more data and free apple care and discount on my Hulu account or Disney bundle. Graciously reorganize my bill multiple times and calculate 3 different options to give me great service. I like to get the most for what I'm paying and it could seem that I'm difficult but she never change her demeanor or expression. If you want to have great service get on down to Pearl highland shopping center request for Elyssa she will make you cry with tears of joy I honor you Elyssa and your kind heart and hard work be bless for all the rest of your days with joy peace love and happiness”

“As soon as I walked into this Verizon store a woman immediately came up to me asking if I needed any help. I was there to only ask about their different internet plans to it was only going to be a short visit for me where I wouldn't be looking around for anything else. She was awesome and I wish I had written hr name down but I'm sure she will remember me if she reads this review. She also didn't best around the bush like other stores did to me and gave me only exactly what I wanted to know about unless she had a better option for me in which she did and if I could rate her as well she'd get 10 stars. I will be going back to this Verizon to do on the advice she gave me. I only go on that side of the island once a month so I'll be back there in about 3 weeks and then I'll be a part of the Verizon Plan. Aloha”

“Yesterday, Brandon was totally awesome and of great help. I had to go to the store to get a replacement phone. While there I asked how I could get their lower rate. I had been with Spectrum Mobile since the beginning and was paying more than their $29.99 rate. Brandon told me who to call. When I call the first time, the guy on the line told me that I had to get a third line in order to get the lower rate, which is not what I had been told. So I went back to the store and Brandon helped me get to the right people in order to get the lower rate. Thanks again for the great customer, Brandon!”

“I scheduled an appointment for finger printing here online through Field Print. It's located in Waipahu beside Elena's. Parking can be challenging since the place is so busy with all the restaurants here. Appointment was pretty efficient. Walked in for my booked appointment. Checked in with staff. Showed the required ID and got finger prints done. Took less than 10 minutes. If you need finger printing done, this place is convenient for the west siders.”

“Paying my auntie's phone and television bill... My cousin was a bit anxious about not having television service for a couple of days. It seems as though my aunt was not well and was behind in making payments to Spectrum. I went to the Ala Moana Center location because it was close to my next appointment. Spectrum is on the Ewa Wing, across from Foodland Farms on the street level... all the way down from Meet Fresh and ABC Stores. When I signed in on the kiosk (because I didn't have an appointment), I was #24 on the list of walk-in customers. I thought I could do some shopping and return... I went to Marshall's and Starbucks to look at merchandise. When I returned, I wasn't any closer to being seen. I asked how I could delete my name from the list. I was told to just let it go. I had a 5pm dinner reservation. After dinner, I returned to Spectrum (they close at 8pm) and was #5 on the list. That was much better. I eventually paid the bill, but they couldn't add my cousin's name onto the account. Thanks for being polite and efficient anyway! The next day, I called Spectrum and got my cousin's name on the account - with my aunty on speakerphone to verify that she was okay with this change. Yay! It's all good now!”
