“been to this location 3x since I have moved to the island, once to Schofield and once to Kapolei. This is the best one. two workers Travis and Tiffany were so funny and helpful. There were there everytime i was at pearl ridge. I felt like a valued customer unlike the other 2 locations. I will keep coming back here. The store has plenty of pokemon cards and a lot of star wars merch. It's also next to a bath and body so great for the wife.”

“Have an issue with my iPhone 11. Went to another Verizon store no help at all. Stopped by the pearl ridge store and was assisted by Chucky. He listened to the issue, offered some options none explained by the other location. I decided to try for a repair at one of their support sites which he setup for me. “I almost never leave reviews, but I literally had one of the best customer service experiences ever. Shout out to Austin (I believe that was his name). He was soooooo patient with me and very thorough when explaining all the pros and cons there were for each different type of laptops and brands I was interested in and I could tell that he genuinely cared that I got the best quality and best price. I can be very indecisive at times when there's too many factors to consider, but he was very very patient and understanding. So Austin, if you're seeing this, thank you sooooooo much!!!”

“This location is close by and daughter and I wanted to get chocolate. It's a convenience store and has most of what you want. I got the Reece's candy bar while my daughter got a chocolate bar both priced at $1.89. There other chocolates ranged from $1.89 and up. The highest being $4. They sell so much stuff especially hot food and other treats. I definitely like the spam musubis here. They sell coffee, drinks and other random food items to your other needs. I don't stop here often but if I do it's usually for a drink or snacks. Parking is directly up front. Pretty busy location as parking gets full. Pretty descent place for your on the go snacks.”
“CHUCKY STEVENS WAS AMAZING… great help and assistance. I was very impatient and frustrated and he was calm and nice the whole time. While I was there he bought subway and Starbucks for his whole team…with his own money. I am a business owner and I commented about his purchases with his own money and he said that he likes to make sure his team is happy. It was easy to see the peace inside of that place”
