“On a recommendation from a close friend, I took four tires that I had recently purchased for my classic 1957 Bel Air to have them installed at Auto Customs in Kalihi. From the time I spoke to Brandon to make an appointment, and throughout the whole process of the tire installation, there was only friendly interaction with their employees who were very cordial while displaying a high degree of professionalism. I was also kept fully informed throughout. The finished product was what I expected for my specialty vehicle. I was in and out in less than an hour, matching the time quoted to me when making the appointment. Of particular note, is the expert service provided by "Jeff" who took care of me during the whole experience. I live in Mililani and it was well worth the commute to have this work done. I highly recommend them.”

“I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. At the end of the experience that unko said since it's a patch and plug it's free. Just blessings on blessings. This location this business the customer service the workers they are so awesome! “I called into the shop because I noticed a squeaking noise when I was backing up. The owner told me to bring it in so he could check it out. Everything ended up being in good working condition, but the owner still did a full review of my brake pads and took my vehicle for a test drive to see the brake’s responsiveness. The owner took the time to fully explain everything to me and was unbelievably kind. He didn’t even charge me a dime! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll certainly be back when my vehicle actually needs work done!”
“My wife noticed a screw in my tire this morning and I tried calling Goodyear 3 times and no answer. I called Oahu Tire Services and they answered on the first ring. Brought my car down and got my tire fixed quickly. Service is top notch. I will keep them in mind for future tire needs”
“I called them to get a quote on 2 tires and when they were available. I think was about $300 something for 2 new tires and they was able to take us right as soon they was done with a client. We were on way too during the call. We took our car in for 2 new tires. They took us in after the next client. Took at least half an hour. I know less than an hour. It was fast. Reasonable pricing to!!”

“Made an online appt for oil change. I normally go to the Aiea location but opted for Waipahu as it's in my hood. Arrived early, checked in & was told it could take up to 2 hours. Rather than sit in the waiting area, I strolled across the street for a late lunch. Less than an hour later, they called to advise my car was ready! Samson checked me out quickly & I was on my way. Great customer service. Aiea location normally vacuums my car out whenever I have any kind of servicing done. Idk if it was because they've known me for years.”
“Got an oil change here the other day. We got there around 7:10, right after they opened and it was empty. We were able to get in and out in about 15 minutes. The guy who helped us didn't seem to know about the $20 off coupon on yelp but he still honored it. Overall, one of the best experiences we've had with an oil change! Will definitely be back!”

“I called around shops to fix my A/C. I was informed by another shop that I needed my evaporator replaced. I talked to Kawika and he gave me a quote. The quote was not the lowest I got but the reviews I read here on Yelp were good. First, Kawika was very professional with calling me back with his quote. Second, Kawika did not ask me to put money down in advance to purchase the part while all the other shops asked for money down even the dealer where I purchased my car. Third, when my part arrived, Damian informed me that he just needed one day to get the job done while the other shops told me they needed 2-3 days. I'm so happy with their work, my Genesis is cold again. I found a go to repair shop for my cars. Thank you Kawika and Damian.”

This morning was a big MISS. Drove down the street to Discount Wheel and Tire, waited less than 5 mins to be helped. Tony gladly welcomed my needs and worked with my situation. The actual work took a little bit, but I wouldn't expect less considering I was a walk-in & from a busy shop, which usually means they must be good. But, Tony still apologizedfor the wait. “Big Mahalo to Jeff and his Crew. Got started on my lift at first crack upon opening up shop at 0900 and as promised had my F150 fitted up and sitting correctly at 1845. I purchased my RC 6" lift on my own, it's not a brand they carry in their shop but excellent work was done. The previous shop that did my RC 2" leveling kit was just all around sloppy. Jeff keeps a tight ship and the condition of his shop reflects their dedication to their craft. Mahalo for blessing me with checking off a lifelong bucketlist item. Go check them out.
