Very cute store and the owner is always pleasant and nice. Her dog Otto is a cute, grumpy little old man who loves scritches. There is usually a good variety of items to peruse, and her prices for Sanrio products are always better priced than the official Sanrio store down island is.

My family and I love coming to this store. They always have new & great selections. My husband and son likes to come here too. All the staff are friendly and they are always welcoming. I would recommend this store to everyone to come and check it out. We love seeing Otto too.
