“Called several stores looking for a certain backpack. This place has it but it was close to closing time. The worker pulled it off the shelf and had it waiting for me the next day when I went in to pick it up. Lady who was there when we went in I believe was the owner. She was so awesomely nice and provided awesome service. This store has Sanrio items and some other things but didn't take notice of what they was because I only came for the backpack. Next time we're in the area I'll stop back in.”
“Kawaii overload... Here in Kalihi City Square Shopping Center to be exact is From the Heart which is popular ups at certain events is known for all things collectibles. Cards, character, mystery boxes and even Legos. I really care with the intention to browse since I was in the area but my roaming eye found the cutest item that I couldn't resist though most of them are gifts so I can't post images of them yet. So much things to see and the staff is very knowledgeable of every item and if you purchase a muster box and open it right there in the shop and discover that you don't like the item you do have the option to trade...these are from the same set and from other that have done so as well and depends on the availability and is a great deal considering you have options. Some sets do have the option to purchase without the mystery as well which is a great option though giving gifts takes that fun away so opted out in that...so the mystery remains. Thank you!”
“The best collector shop on the island. This place is packed to the brim with toys, comics and more. They actually had a ghostbusters hot wheels ecto but we decided not to buy it because our 3 year old would want to open it. We ended up buying a peter venkman funko for him to play with. The owner is really friendly and helped us navigate our stroller in his tight shop.”
“This place is awesome, gotta be the best place for Gunpla on the island. Small shop with lots of kits, tools, and accessories for all at reasonable prices. Especially tools, since I saw so many tools that I couldn't find in other places or they're super marked up online. Derron was super helpful and went to great lengths in finding a hobby knife for me. Would definitely come here again for all my Gunpla needs.”

“unbelievable and amazing. the BEST anime store I've ever been to. on top of the huge selection, the staff were wonderful. the young woman who helped me was charming, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me. she showed me tons of options and was very helpful at finding the right size and price point for our needs. do not waste time going to other so called anime stores in Oahu because you will find all you could dream of in this incredible store. “BT21 fans this is the place... Cuteness is definitely found here along with fun stationeries and lots of hair accessories though this location in the Waimalu Plaza has the load of BT21 items I've ever seen in a single shop for its cozy size. Pink Box and N.Cat do share the same business as you see the sign on this store as well but it was nice to visit here as they do have slightly different merchandise from the other Kaneohe and Ala Moana location and with lots of free parking making it an easy stop to shop for various reasons...lol! They got great deals to bundle for multiple item purchases so if you're grabbing one for you grab one for someone and the service is very helpful if you're looking for a particular character or item. Thank you!”
“I've always loved shopping at Thinker Toys for my kids. They have unique items that you don't always see at bigger company stores. I love the Ka Makana location because it's in my community. I don't have to travel too far to get quality and educational toys.”
“I walked by Animation Magic and I was pulled back into the store by the colorful sign and Pokémon and Unicorn greeters at the entrance. As I entered the magical store, I was enveloped in an array of squishy animals, anime, and more! This is definitely a fun store. I continued into the store and I was asked by employees if I needed anything. Happy and courteous people work here. The store was crowded. It's crowded because being in here brings a smile on your face. A perfect store to buy a birthday gift, a get well gift, a Valentine's Day gift and so much more! I focused on some anime banks here. So adorable and I like banks. I believed the price was reasonable. The only reason I held back from picking one up is that it was made of plastic. I'm old school and I like ceramic banks. This was a magical adventure for me today. I walked out with a smile and happy heart. Thanks Animation Magic.”
