“Mililani receptionist saved the day! I had gone by the Radford branch. Tried to drop off paperwork, but the receptionist wanted me to sign in....behind 20 people waiting in the lobby (more than an hour wait). I tried to explain that I just needed to drop it off, and then she said I could go to Miliani if I didn't want to wait......so I took the 20-minute drive. The Miliani branch receptionist took it no problem, out in 1 minuteshe said, "no problem, we'll FedEx it tomorrow.”
“Found your location. Google maps location indicator is off and leads you to believe it's in another building of the mall. It's behind Times. Hope they can fix that. But otherwise good service just needs to tweak the location”
“I've been a member here for about 10 years now but I've never taken the time to share my experience s. Everytime I enter this branch I am greeted with a smile and a pleasant greeting. The clerk's are attentive to the customers that they are servicing and are very nice. Sometimes when I'm in a rush or just having a crazy day and I have to go to the credit union.
