The sales man tried to give us antifreeze when we asked for 0w20 motor oil. Then tried to give us 5w40. They didn't listen to what we asked for and were not helpful.

Attitude for no reason no communication no iContact just attitude bad attitude wish they would just close this one down and send everybody home. It’s ridiculous how rude they are for no reason they all need lessons in manners You should never talk to people like they’re a child or stupid . They give off like you’re inconveniencing them or that you’re just plain d***** Whenever they have had in the past a helpful or a pleasant person start working there they didn’t last long ! It’s one thing to have a job that you don’t like,If you were raised right you should have common decency, show people respect and manners unless they disrespect to you .. Hate when I have to go in there.

Seat belt covers were listed as $7.99 on the shelf , but when I cashed out they were $10.99...when I questioned the cashier he said "that was the old price, you still want em?"...I guess...SMH

Every time I go to this Napa, I get the absolute best service. I don't know much about cars and these guys have helped me replace a battery in the parking lot, answered my questions, and even recommended against buying oil when they discovered a local shop was overcharging me for the oil change. Thank you for your fair, consistent, kind service!

Went in to track down some indicator bulbs for my old 2007 Jeep and they had exactly the parts I needed, at just over $7 for 2. I was surprised I wasn't greeted as I entered the store as I was the only person there and the young guy helping me only uttered one word during our encounter...."two?". Not exactly welcoming but I got what I needed quickly. Reading reviews below I guess their customer service isn't the best. Perhaps if they had competition in Lahaina it might change?

The last time I visited I had great customer service. Although there was only one person at the parts counter, he talked to me respectfully and even gave me some tips. Other times I have visited when there are more people at the parts counter and it wasn’t friendly. Based on my recent experience, you nearly got a 5.

Went in for a part and thinking this place is a place to buy auto parts they didn't have it on stock nor could they order one ??♀️??♀️??♀️ make it make sense if that's the case it should be called PARTIALLY NAPA AUTO PARTS ...

I just want to say a special thank you to Steven the store manager for being so helpful today. I have been shopping at this Napa for over 30 years. He really showed welcoming and respectful service that hadn't happened at this store for a few years back. He did not ask me to write this review.

Worthless and miserable. Hate going in here. Hate the way they speak to customers. Hate their lack of helpfulness and disrespectful attitude. They simply don’t know what they’re doing. Worth driving the 30 min to the other side just to avoid this trash place.
