11 Silva St, Hilo“Best place to stop before you head the the cold water pond beaches. They have everything you need. I was gonna get coffee but the shakes looked OnO. I had a Molokai with an added oats and honey. Mahalo to the young man today that suggested it. The drink was lined with honey on the walls. It wasn't too sweet but just right. I recommend it. They even had my friends Hilo beef jerky, "Orchid Beef Jerky". So many other goodies and snacks to check out. A must stop if you're in the area.”
“Excellent place to pick up a meal. The staff are very friendly and the store has some interesting items. Seems like the store is very popular in the area. We got a chili dog plate and chili bowl for lunch on our way to Volcanoes National Park. The chili is loaded with ingredients and flavor! We've had it several times and will be back again on your next visit. Our lunch was so delicious as we enjoyed eating at a picnic table next to the visitor's center.”

15-783 Kahakai Blvd, Pāhoa“Just a heads up to folks using the Da Store Food Pantry every 4Th Monday of the month. I went to their pantry today for the first time and I was told that if I come early the next time they will close down The Food Pantry. I was 45 min early and there was one other car earlier than me. Has anyone else been told that. I'm not exactly sure why arriving early pisses Them off so much. But I wont arrive early again and get the place closed”
5AM - 8PM
2179 Kinoole St, Hilo“We love Kagimoto's! This place has the best musubi's in town! The cheapest (biggest sized) bags of ice! Great daily lunches & snacks at the counter. The staff are super friendly & have the best customer service ever. We love coming here! I'd say we stop here at least 1X a week. One thing I love about this little store is that every time you walk in, they greet you by your name! How's that for excellent customer service. Definitely recommended!”
4:30AM - 8:30PM
15-1450 Kahakai Blvd, Pāhoa“Their gas is 5 cents cheaper than the station by the round-a-bout and although it gets very busy, they have 8 pumps which are spread out far enough that everyone can get in there. So 5 stars for that! I would never have the patience to wait in line at their convenience store. No restrooms, but you can use the ones at Burger King, next door.”

As a guest to Hawaii I was far from home and to be pick the incredible food that was just filled with incredible flavor and perfectly prepared. It was a home cooked meal that stuck with memory even years later. Thank you to all who helped me during my month long stay.”

83 Kaumana Dr, Hilo“If you've been to one 7-11, basically you've seen them all. They are all set up the same way with the same products. This, of course, is by design. The only difference I've experienced is with the employees. Different personalities and level of service. I've always gotten excellent service, never had any problems, and they always thank me for my business”
5AM - 10PM
2188 Kinoole St, Hilo“Want to thank the wonderful people at the Kinoole St. Texaco for helping me out when my car broke down on Saturday, Oct. 21st. They called a tow truck for me and showed so much Aloha. Thank you to Lovina, Theresa & Brandon. ?”

74 W Kawili St, Hilo“Part of the tourist experience if you hail from the Midwest is visiting a local 7-11. For those of you who are local, 7-11s in the American Midwest ( between the East and West Coast, the Great Plains, the Great Lakes, big post-industrial cities and disappearing farmland) where 7-11s are place of horrendous coffee, insulting service, dirty public restrooms, and botulism. But 7-11s in Hawai'i have fresh coffee, friendly service, and awesome local taste snack foods. Some of the best Spam Musubi is found in Hawai'ian 7-Elevens. It's like they are not even the same corporation. Still open all the time. Instead of the "I'll help who's next in line," and "have a nice rest of your day," the woman working here actually talked to me like I'm a human being albeit in local Pidgin (which made it seem even friendlier). Mahalo!”
“The Best store. Me and my husband just moved here in the Big Island and this is the Drug store that we pick up our meds.Very nice store and workers from pharmacies to the grocery employees they have excellent service and outstanding Customer Service. The Manager name Minda always make sure that you are been taking care of. She make sure that you get the item you needed if it's not in the shelf. She will go to the stock room to get the product.”
“It was just a stop to buy a newspaper, but seemed to be very clean and the cashier was very nice. A couple people were getting gas and the cashier was very friendly and outgoing. It was a quick stop, but a very nice one.”

6AM - 10PM
1698 Kilauea Ave, Hilo“It's a gas station, what more can I say? It offers hot food options, has a microwave for customer use and fountain drinks. The only reason I went frequently was for the ice chips. They had the hospital ice that I love.”

895 Kinoole St, Hilo“I was kind of bummed that we only saw one 711 while visiting the Big Island. I get so excited to come here for their snacks because a bunch of the restaurants that I booked marked while visiting are either not open on Sundays, Mondays or even Tuesdays or everything closes super early!!! I wish we had these options back home in LA”

This location shows up in the "gas" search on Google.
Don't believe it. They do have cute cats in the parking lot.”

1321 Kilauea Ave, Hilo“They have a new tuna mayo inari/cone sushi 3 pack for under $4. Was surprised it was canned tuna and not like the spicy version which used fresh (raw) ahi poke. Still was decent like eating a tuna sandwich with sushi rice and inari. Coffee here is a much better deal than Starbucks.”

“This was a reasonably nice location. I was pleasantly surprised that they had my Itoen green tea which was the main reason we made the stop. Oh, that and beef jerky. And they had a pretty good selection of the jerky as well; with the normal convenience store marked up prices. The line to pay was modestly long but quick. And the cashier had good customer service. Also, they had a restroom inside, which was a pleasant surprise as it's usually hit or miss at convenience stores.”
