Can’t turn it up or down. We have to pull the battery every time we leave the truck just so the radio doesn’t drain the power. Need this fixed asap.Also, your worker who answers your phone, is a real piece of work. He is very rude and annoying. I called today to inform you of this issue and he answered and was very rude. I reminded him that he’s in the customer service business and he needs to shape up. Its not good for your sales. Talk to him. Please call me I need my truck fixed. Thank you.”
“My visit to GameStop today was a great one! Due to the holiday season, the entire mall was packed with people, and GameStop was no exception.As with any GameStop, the selection of new / used games was vast, and the other options like playing cards or tech accessories were organized and not overly crowded in display.The only things they seemed to be short of were toy and clothing merchandise. Given the season of shopping, the seemingly short stock of those items is more than understandable.The store had more than usual employees, which added to a pleasant experience since the lines went as fast as they were long.Make sure to ask for the taller gentleman named James! In my experience, he has always been the most knowledgeable for anything and everything I had a question about. And today, he went out of his way to be sure that I received the Collector's Edition case for my copy of Sonic Frontiers. Keep it up James!”

“As soon as I walked into this Verizon store a woman immediately came up to me asking if I needed any help. I was there to only ask about their different internet plans to it was only going to be a short visit for me where I wouldn't be looking around for anything else. She was awesome and I wish I had written hr name down but I'm sure she will remember me if she reads this review. She also didn't best around the bush like other stores did to me and gave me only exactly what I wanted to know about unless she had a better option for me in which she did and if I could rate her as well she'd get 10 stars. I will be going back to this Verizon to do on the advice she gave me. I only go on that side of the island once a month so I'll be back there in about 3 weeks and then I'll be a part of the Verizon Plan. Aloha”

I went in there this past weekend 3 times in 2 days to make the switch from my previous carrier and they made everything so easy to understand and offered great deals! “I wish I remembered my cashiers name! But I totally spaced on checking her name tag. Anyway, hopefully management reads these reviews like they do in our company. I wanted to share my experience because I think this employee deserves to be recognized for the excellent customer service she provided to me. I came in Tuesday October 15th around 5 and I did a couple of coupon deals. Her computer was acting up and frankly frustrating both of us but she took a step back and apologized to me (she had every right to be frustrated with her computer) because she didn't want me to feel as if she was being snippy with me. I think that type of self awareness is invaluable in customer service. As is making a lasting impression on your customers. And she really was so incredibly sweet throughout the duration of my transactions. She made me feel so special even though I'm probably one of like a hundred people she sees throughout the day. I needed a pick me up that day and she did exactly that for me. If you're one of her coworkers and you remember this interaction make sure she gets the kudos she deserves! and if my cashier see this thank you for making my day ? if I see you again I'm making sure I get a peek at your name tag!”
