“These guys are great. I have used them a few times and each time have left with a feeling of being taken care of. Most recently I had a simple 'nail in the tire' flat tire situation shortly after purchasing tires from them. I was not in town and went to a competitor in neighboring city. They dismissed the issue, saying it couldn't be fixed and a new tire would be needed. After calling Rick, he told me to bring it in and as soon as I got there, got me in and personally fixed it himself within literally minutes. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys!! Mahalo for amazing service and expertise.”
“Needed a safety check after shipping my car back home. I had stopped by a different shop, before coming here, and there were plenty people in line with nobody checking them in for several minutes. When I got to Jiffy Lube, they were so kind and the service was very fast! The mechanic even took the time to help with little quick fixes that needed to be done, like screwing on my front license plate.

“I had a diagnostic on my Jeep break system, the service was great!!! The ladies at the reception did a fantastic job following up with me, and overall communication and service was great!
I was given a rental car while they ordered the parts and fixed my car.
The Enterprise car lady, Jennifer, was great as well.

“I drive an old 1998 Nissan truck and live on the Windward where the air is very salty and causes a lot of rust. The rust grew under the front windshield and touched the edge of the glass which caused a long crack. I made arrangements with Ace to come to my home and remove the glass so I could repair the rust. Then Ace came out a week later and installed the new windshield. Richard is very fast when removing and installing the windshield.Very happy with the service and staff. This was the 5th time I used this company and will continue using them.”

“I was referred to Windward Autohaus by a friend. My faithful Toyota truck needed a new starter. Edi told me to drop it off the next day at noon. In about four hours Edi called and said my truck was ready for pick up. The repair cost was considerably less than I was expecting based on research I had done on the Internet. Edi was a perfect gentleman. I feel blessed knowing there is a skillful and honest mechanic here in Kaneohe where I live. I give Windward Autohaus an enthusiastic two thumbs up!”

“The guys were really helpful. My 2014 Ram had a fuel sensor module go out. Windward Dodge wanted to charge me over $200 just to diagnose. Not only did Willy's not charge me to diagnose the issue, they got the part the same day where Windward Dodge was going to charge me up front for the part plus charge me the expedited shipping which would've taken a few more days. The customer service was great at Windward Dodge but all in all, Willy's was way cheaper, faster and even gave a military discount which was unexpected and very much appreciated. I even forgot my wallet in the truck when I dropped it off and they immediately called me to let me know. I'll refer anybody I talk to to come here no matter how far the drive. Old school honest shop.”
