“In Kailua Diagnostic Lab Services (DLS) and Clin Labs are immediately adjacent. This am walked in for a blood draw for a few tests listed on my DLS requisition. There were at least a dozen people in line for their 7am opening. So I walked a few feet to the Clin Lab office (opens at 6am), which was completely empty. My DLS requisition was readily accepted, the techs were fabulous, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Walked past the overflowing DLS office as I departed. Talk about about herd mentality. PC, MD”

“I came here for my 11 month old, and only waited 15min to be called back. As we were in the room waiting the nurse came in to check in on our asking if we wanted anything water etc she seen my son get kinda fussy so she offered us a sticker.. we than waited 10min + doc came to see us. Very friendly, educated + helpful. Would recommend others to come here for urgent care needs.”
