“I was rear ended and needed a bumper replacement. The other driver had USAA and Faith Collision Center was one of the only place on the Windward side who partnered with them for repairs. I went with them over the others based off the google reviews. I’m very glad I did because my whole experience was great with them every step of the way. Great communication, easy step by step process, quick turn around time, and EXCELLENT work! I was weary that the paint job wouldn’t turn out right just because of having a white car but they did an amazing job and I cannot tell any difference between the old paint and the new paint. I would highly recommend others to choose Faith Collision Center for all their repairs!”

“I sent a website contact form and was notified by text I had an appointment a few days later. I went in for an oil change and they got it done in a few hours. I live close by so so was able to walk home while waiting, it would not have been comfortable to wait there. There is also a Starbucks across the street. Cost seemed high ($200 for an Audi oil change) but it's my first island auto service and I usually go to the dealership so it's likely comparable. They kept me updated and charged what they quoted. They didn't try to sell me on anything else despite me asking for them to check it over for anything else I may need.”
“I called every mechanic in Kailua for a water pump replacement on an old truck. Without even telling me the cost of a part, they immediately quoted labor at $400+ and it would take weeks before I could go. Corey answered with a gracious quote AND on short notice took my baby in. While he worked on my old truck he spotted a few other small problems and called before he did any work and he did all of it too. My truck is a passion project I've worked on for years and this is the best she's ran. He also finished a ton of work in less than 12hours and I leave soon for some work related ventures (military). I'm from the south where good work and good mechanics are rare, Corey is bonafide and treats Marines right. I will be back here for anything outside of my understanding. “I needed a safety inspection by the end of the month, but everyone was booked out for weeks. I found out that several places in the Kailua/Kaneohe area either lost their inspectors or their license so make sure you book way in advance! Luckily the guys at Texaco 'Aikahi offered to keep my car on the lot for a 'work in'. Long story short, they did my inspection within 24 hours. I even received the call after my working hours - I'm a teacher - so that I wouldn't have to interrupt my time with my students. How thoughtful. Mahalo nui loa, Texaco 'Aikahi.”
“In Hawaii for a short time, needed to get two new keys cut for a car shipped to the islands for our son who is moving to Oahu … windward ford set me up with an appointment right away and got us in and out quick. The call attendant and the service manager were great and helpful”
“CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! My Wife's Lincoln had a no start concern yesterday evening. Had vehicle towed to Windward Ford after closing time. Sales staff kept the front entrance open after hours just for us to drop vehicle off. JR (Service Manager) called me mid afternoon to let me know vehicle is repaired and ready to pick up. Since I couldn't make it there before closing time, JR parked vehicle just outside sales department and just picked it up at 6:15pm. Keep in mind no appointment and the AWESOME Team got my Wife's vehicle done in between their already scheduled appointments. Mahalo Nui Windward Ford you guys are THE BEST. Recommend everyone to visit Windward Ford for all your Service needs and New or Used vehicles.”
