We loved Safeway while on vacation. We got lunch here and it was very affordable. If you are on a budget while in Hawaii, definitely go to grocery stores before restaurants. We got the poke bowl ($11) and the combo plate ($10) the combo plate comes with a ton of food! Definitely worth the price.

Very clean store I love the bakery their eclairs are the best way better then Punalulu's my bf is a chef and and he agrees with me
