Came in to finally get off my parent’s family plan (lol). Received super patient and helpful service! Really happy with my new phone/plan.

Joaquin was very very helpful here I just got an I phone 16 and he made sure I was able to get an upgrade without extra charge ! Mahalo braddah ! I thought he was the manager but now I definitely think he deserves a raise super helpful and kind person overall experience was 10 out of 10 way better than the Apple Store !
