Very poor customer service. Nobody explains any hidden fee, please read your contracts.The gym is nice and classes are ok ?

The music is so loud in the gym 24/7. Forget listening to your own workout ear phones, the speakers at this gym will overpower your highest setting on the volume. It’s obnoxious and unnecessary. It’s not a serious gym. It’s more like a dance club.

Love the workouts at UFC. Only issue is the old lady with glasses at the front desk giving members a hard time and claiming it’s her gym.
