“Came into this place to get a new audio system, and *possibly* see if they could help us out with my headlight. My fiancé is a mechanic, but isn’t familiar with the electrical aspect of working on cars. We found out the headlight was most likely an electrical problem.As soon as I pulled up, they already had someone under my hood trying to diagnose my headlight issue. Called back two hours later with a, temporary fix that we’re more than happy with. (I own an audi that can be tricky to work on and expensive to buy parts for, especially new headlights)The audi car shop we had previously taken the car to had two working days with the car and couldn’t give us a solution that wouldn’t cost thousands. This place solved our problem in less than two hours for only labor costs.Totally recommend this place to anyone.”

“The service from the first step you take when entering Upnext Wireless is excellent! The owner and CEO Mr. Winson Yu greets you upon entering the store. He asks if need any assistance or that he'll be right with you in a moment. I always get good anytime I go to this store. The ambience is nice and welcoming. There is so much stock and merchandise for whatever you need. The prices of his merchandise are very reasonable. Plus he has so much variety of products available for what you might need for your cellular product(s). I highly recommend this store for any of your cellular, and accessory needs. “I have the simple choice plan which is obsolete. I added a line where an unfortunate mistake happened. Rep moved my unlimited data plan to SC 6GB quota for $15. So previously I was paying 10 dollars for unlimited data. I noticed this error when my internet was getting throttled. Called customer service and they did me good. My plan is back to unlimited but limited tethering. They have me as customer forever.”

They have a better selection than other 7-Elevens on the island (they don't often run out of food items), and they have a good selection of small snacks, so I use them often. When I bought a HOLO card, the salesperson shouted, "Holo!!" What was I would? ?”

“Our go-to place before any plane ride, hikes, beach time! We live a mile away so it super convenient. It's in the Niu Valley shopping center with tons of parking. It's next to the large church and a gas station. It's always well stocked with musubi, (theirs is always rated one of the best), manapua, pork hash and other local treats. In the cold case you can find meals like noodles, sandwiches, bentos. And they're not the crappy food you'd find in similar stores on the mainland. No, they are quality reasonably priced tasty meals! There are also Asian crunchy snacks too. And in a pinch, there's sundries you may need. For you keto people, they offer lots of options. And we love the slurpees!!”

“Came in to do a simple sim card change and was afraid it was too busy. I was immediately helped by one of their employees and had my business taken care of in less than 30 min! During the waiting period of my Sim card update, they were kind enough to honor my warranty for free screen protector replacement. The 360 protection plan is very worth it. Came out the store with a new Sim and a fresh screen protector.”

“This T- mobile store was bright,clean and modern. I came in for a very specific reason. I asked for the manager to assist me with my mobile device dilemma . Though she was unable to help me with my mobile needs, she gave me good advice on how to achieve my goals. If only I could remember her name because she certainly earned 5 stars. She was very knowledgeable and professional . I told her I was NOT a fan of T- Mobile customer service,and she informed me that ALL service based companies have gone A.I or send incoming customer service calls to the Philippines or South Africa. Sign of the times. Also very important fact is that this store is a corporate store vs. a T- Mobile retail authorized agent.”
“I mostly shop Target online and more often during the holidays. One thing that standouts is their quick shipping. They'll ship your items out the same or next day. Their packing is the best! Whenever I order liquid items, they tape the cap area carefully and securely to prevent spillage using their personalized Target tape. Overall, I use Target online less. Practically all of their items will only ship with a $35 minimum order. And it's not always I'll have a checkout of that amount. This policy started during the height of the pandemic. Target also adds on a surcharge fee for Hawaii if you're not a Red Card member. I notice that a lot of the products that they used to ship are no longer available for shipping. Things I used to buy on a regular basis aren't guaranteed anymore.”
