Extremely long wait even though I went during the week. Many of their patients don’t seem to have regular work hours. The workers were rude as well. I recommend Clinical lab nearby.

Good staff but very, very S L O W. Be prepared to wait outside in the sun, then longer inside.

This is for the Waialae branch. Good to go when it's not busy . The trick is figuring out what time that is and hoping your schedule Jibes! Early morning seems to be peak time. Today I got lucky and breezed in and out at about 10. Service is friendly and most of them of them have gotten it on the first try!
