it was very convenient. we came from Kona around noon, and our flight back home is not until 10 pm. so, we dropped our luggage in the storage and went outside and spent the evening.

The process is smooth and simple! I wish more airports had this kind of service. I do think timing on flights/cruisers depends on how long you might wait to get your baggage checked in. We were lucky and only waited a few minutes.

Was perfect to store luggage while we went to visit Pearl Harbor. Would have been great if they had 2 lines going to check in, but they offer a very valuable service, and it was a breeze to pick back up that evening. Mahalo!
