76 is a gas station and car wash located in the Makiki area, known for its convenient service. The attached car wash, Don's Makiki Service, offers a fast and efficient wash where customers can stay in their car. The process includes a pre-cleaning scrub of the tires and roof, and staff will tape up wipers and fold in mirrors. The car then goes through an automatic machine with foaming action and good-smelling soap, a process that takes about five minutes. Afterwards, a team wipes the vehicle dry by hand. There are three levels of wash, with the most expensive, around $21 to $27, providing a shiny coat and tire cleaning. Payment is made upfront, and both cash and card are accepted. The line is typically short, making for easy access. A plus is the availability of self-serve, coin-operated vacuum stations for the interior. The lanes at the station are noted to be narrow, making turning difficult, and prices are considered higher than some other stations. However, many customers are loyal, appreciating the caring service and consistent results, often leaving a tip for the drying crew.
Ok service station. Convenient location on Beretania and Keeaumoku, but the narrow lanes make it hard to turn in and turn back out onto the street. Tends to be much more expensive than other service stations in town.

Short line!!! Yippeee. Easy access. Don's Makiki Service has a Pro Wash where you can stay in your car, pay for the car wash and wax if you wish and continue to stay in your car as your car is washed and then hand wiped dry. One thing that they do not do. They do not vacuum your car. I did see vacuums that people were using.

If you come for a car wash, don’t come over the weekend, I waited over an hour to have my car washed. I waited because my Turo Rentalcars required to have the car washed with the receipt before return! Car do get clean though!
