“I went there praying I didn't have to spend an arm and a leg to repair my tire especially since it's Christmas ? I had a screw in my tire ... pulled up went in the office and the office personnel helped me immediately. It took under 20 minutes to patch my tire and the waiting area was clean and pleasant. At the end of the experience that unko said since it's a patch and plug it's free. Just blessings on blessings. This location this business the customer service the workers they are so awesome! Hope this kind business stays open for many years. Mahalo nui and happy holidays ?”

The work has usually been done within a day - never longer than a day and a half. Very friendly service and reasonable prices. They are our go-to shop for all of our auto repairs. “Our ABS VSA and power steering lights came on, and on the way to the shop the warning lights turned off. The shop advised up front, without the warning lights illuminated, there is a good chance they won't be able to pick up anything on their diagnostic scans. We wanted to check anyway just in case. The shop called back, they weren't able to find anything, but what I really think was outstanding, because they didn't do much, and didn't spend much time on the diagnostics, they actually didn't charge me anything. They could have easily charged for the time they spent running the tests, but they didn't. I will definitely take my cars back there. They are respectable and pleasant to work with!”

You can gauge the quality of a person's customer service by their attitude nearing or after shop hours -- Eric was polite, engaging, and listened intently to my needs!I quickly set up an appointment with him. Eric is very professional and responsive. For the labor required, Eric's price was very reasonable! He does pick up and drop off.Eric quoted me a week for return time, but got it done in 5 days! He called me immediately and we scheduled a pick-up.All in all, I would go to Eric for any console repair. He's professional and knows how to get the job done. “Well, I gave a 5 star rating although we had a wait time even when we scheduled an appointment.
What made it a 5 Star? Well, the receptionist and the service tech that was with her were very, helpful and cordial. They gave a summary of things we need to do on our car that should be taken care of and I appreciated that concern.
I only wished that Summary of work we need to take care of was included with our receipt. When I got home I couldn't remember most of the things they went over with me when I tried to explain to my husband.

“Let me tell you this is the only one that had afternoon safety checks availability near base I called a lot of places it’s usually a set time in the morn or appointments , but this place was come first serve … which is very convenient the process went smooth . Patrick customer service is A1 and he is informative ! Thankkk you! Will be a repeat customer while being stationed in Hawaii! And the cashier in the gas station had amazing customer service when I got a soda , the environment was amazing !”
“Really nice place to work on your car. You have to take an exam in order to work in the shop. Probably takes around 10-15 min study and 5 min to take exam. They have kind staff members who is able to help you if you need anything. And you can borrow some tools from them as well. Price are affordable and good price.”

I called for an oil leak he was able to schedule me the next day and look at it. He even brought me over to the car to show me where it was leaking.
