DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Macky or Osha answer phones. The most hateful rude B*** ever. Nasty ugly attitude. Redused to answer questions. Worst experience ever. Reporting to medical board. She'll try to take all your personal info and not tell you if they can even help you. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!! One star because you can't leave zero

Just hung up on the girl I was on the phone with. (03/27/23) 9AM. Rude and disrespectful. I could barely hear her because of people talking nearby and she says "they're far away from me". Well did I stutter? I still can't hear you. Then asked me who my lawyer is and if I've been there before. Like why would I call with all these questions if I've been there before? And why do you need my lawyer's name right away? Before you even ask me about my insurance claim (which she didn't even ask about). Really weird and sketchy!

We were all in a hit and run head on accident my son was experiencing short term memory loss from hitting his head in the accident all doctor that he's seen there 3 Refered him out for neurology however several calls in between and 2 years past no nerology referral follow up appointment to be seen never happened, nothing, no call to get back to schedule for pediatric neurologist ever happened. A bone dr called us but we didn't have a referral for bone dr and they were even like he needs to see a neurologist.

I am beyond disappointed. I just don't know if my disappointment lies with WorkStar and their incompetent employees, or if it's with myself for believing they were competent enough to fulfill my needs, even after it took 16 days of me making contact via email and phone call for them to even schedule the consultation..I did an online inquiry back in March. On March 31st, Asha emailed me to confirm a few basic details (insurance, plus a few questions I had), and she let me know that once my prior x-ray images were faxed to them from my PCP, and once my information was reviewed, I would be paired with a provider at their facility and scheduled for my consultation. As of April 5th, Asha stated she only had 1 page of my medical records from my PCP, and then on April 18th she stated that she has reached out to my PCP medical records dept multiple times with no success. I called my PCP myself the week prior to the 18th and they notified me that everything had already been sent over. Asha confirmed that another employee had my paperwork and that I would receive a call in a few days to be scheduled with a provider paired to me. I emailed Asha again on April 26th asking if I would be scheduled soon and I got no response at all. I had to call their office before even getting on the schedule. That alone should have been a red flag.Mandee (who I just found out no longer is employed at WorkStar), got me on the schedule and to save time I emailed her my Expiration of Benefits letter from my motor vehicle insurance so they could skip straight to billing my medical insurance. I have physically printed and turned in that same letter an additional 2 times, yet the billing department had no idea that my medical insurance was supposed to be billed, even though I've notified the office both over the phone and in person, a combined total of 7 times. I assumed by my numerous attempts, that it was finally handled. I continued to attend my appointments, which after the second visit I didn't even want to. I was paired with Dr. Nguyen while she was beyond kind and helpful in getting me the proper treatment I needed, she is beyond unprofessional. For some reason, she thought it was acceptable to trail off for 10-15 minutes at almost every visit and tell me information that no medical provider should be telling their patients. The first time she did this, she told me that she didn't even really want to work there because it wasn't worth it, but that she goes because she loves some of her patients. The second time, she told me I may get paired with a new provider because she was considering quitting because WorkStar has not paid her in over 4 months. Then the third time, she was talking about how I was such a good mom because I revolve a lot of my treatment plan around my daughter, and she told me about her childhood and how her mother would call her names such as a b**** and to "suck it up" whenever a situation arose. I feel empathetic for her situation, but it is ridiculously unprofessional that she would take up over half of my appointments to discuss this with me. I'm just a patient, I don't need to know that information. She also kept trying to get me to take a certain medication that had dizziness and drowsiness as a side effect, which I told her I couldn't have since I do have a toddler at home.Back to the billing issue, the most recent two times I called to notify them of this was August 16th, and August 24th. On the 16th, I was assured that billing would be notified immediately after the phone call, yet on August 23rd, I got a letter in the mail from my motor vehicle insurance denying coverage to my appointments, confirming that the front office yet again failed to do their job on the 16th of notifying their billing department of the proper insurance to send the bill to.I made a phone call to WorkStar on August 24th, and I spoke to 3 different people. Brandi ever so kindly helped me speak to the appropriate people. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the woman in billing that I spok

I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t know if there is new management or what, but my experience was completely different now versus when I was a patient years ago. Examples:1) The wait times are super long. What’s the point of having an appointment if it starts 1.5 hours later than scheduled?2) They keep billing incorrectly. I’ve wasted hours on the phone with their billing department before they finally acknowledged they made an error.3) The office will cancel and reschedule your appointments but you won't find out until you've already arrived at the clinic. Bad communication.4) I didn't have any notable physical improvements from treatments at Workstar. I switched to a different clinic and my recovery finally started progressing.

They are a joke! I go in for an evaluation and they make me wait because it seems they are so slow! They help another patient with a question when I have waited 15 minutes. They do not return phone calls, you cannot get through, and one mentally challenged clerk made a big deal when I asked for Dr. Lum and said Michael instead of Kevin. She went on and on about how there is no Michael but hello she could have said oh Dr. Lum. Then she tells me that he is with a patient and why I want to talk to him. I got very frustrated and told her because I wanted to make a complaint. I finally just hung up on her. I would not go to them if they were the last place on earth!

I have a good and trustworthy account manager that allows me to withdraw my profits anytime I want and I can monitor everything going on in my account when she is busy trading with her expert team and I don't have issues with pending withdrawals. I must admit that she's a very honest woman. I have no way of thanking her than letting people know about her services and recommend her for everyone to trade on her platform. She's 100% accurate and up-to-date. Kindly contact Mrs. Patience Adamson

I have been going to workstar for an injury. For the most part the staff are friendly some of them are quite young and still learning the medical field. They use to be at the Queens West Medical Building though has recently relocated to Kapolei. It is now become a challenge for me to get there as I am on public transit though I refuse to change doctors only because I would have to start from scratch so even if I have to transfer a couple times I'll continue to go there. I haven't really been to the new location as of yet due to this forever going Pandemic so I've been on telemed. Though the location is within the bus line which is perfect. At the previous location I believe they had a MRI set up within the office which was great a patient don't have to go to the hospital to get MRI. Yvonne Darlene Prima Marissa Jameson are great to work with they can see when I'm in so much pain and discomfort they try to make me laugh . I've seen Dr Brenner Dr Hodel PA Teri and Todd they all take my case in serious matter. I like how this place has local Staff to service our community. I want to thank each of them for the great service provided to me all these years. They are busy though the providers will listen to your needs. Cynthia the billing staff is also great as at times she would answer the phone I guess if the main line is occupied it Bounce throughout the office till someone answer this is an awesome idea. Will I recommend yes and I have done so for many people. I would also like to thank Brittany whom have helped me also.

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here! I've been a long-time patient from when Dr. McCaffrey ran the clinic. Ever since he left, Workstar has spiraled down the drain. It is poorly managed, communication is practically non-existent, wait times are 4x longer, and profits are clearly being prioritized over patients. They heavily pressured me to use their in-house "pharmacy", which is a total ripoff (I compared prices!), but they use that to squeeze extra cash from their patients. The clinic seems to be getting dirtier and more outdated every year that passes by. The employees and doctors seem quite disgruntled. Workstar is like a completely different clinic without Dr. McCaffrey!

I saw the other yelp reviews before it was bought by a Dr. Everhardt. Yes on my first appt. he bragged how the business is now his because he bought out Dr. Mcaffery. Before he took over, it was a great place and I disagree with the reviews before he took over. I should have known better when I saw him riding into the office on a skateboard wearing a man bun and rugby jersey shirt. Real professional. I miss Todd and the new Physician assistant I mentioned in the previous review has no bedside manner and is kind of scary looking. It was good before he arrived. Too bad.

Normally I do not post reviews, but this place has gotten under my skin way too many times! The doctor I go to, he's ok. BUT the office staff SUCK!! Communicating with that office is like talking to a wall! Do not go here unless you wanna lose your patience! I'm in healthcare and have worked in an medical office and their service is ridiculous! Go somewhere else! This is what I get for giving a business a chance.. follow your gut people don't go here! Workstar get your crap together!

I've had the worst experience at workstar in my life. They don't schedule anything for you PT , MRI. And expect u to track down the worker's comp info for them. When I think it's their job to do it. If u call them it's transferred to a voicemail with no call backs. So what's the sense of calling to leave a message if they don't answer u. I have had no help from them going on three weeks now. For my left shoulder that is still in pain. Thanks for nothing Brittany. The only good thing was Ray Ray good job girl They should give u a raise. U went above n beyond ur duty to help get things done. They should structure things around u. If it wasn't for u I would have left earlier. Thank u Jaylin C.O.M Sorry for bashing ur workplace but the truth has to b told. U can fix it.
