worst nurses / staff don't even know how to give proper drug test. also can't give shots properly. this is the worst pain management facility.

DO NOT GET EVA SHEAR.....shes not a Doctor....totally incompetent and unreasonable....easily persuaded from outside sourses.....unprofessional....untrustworthy....the woman is a total disgrace and a bonafied IDIOT
