Alonso needs a raise and you guys need to give them a smartphone as the store phone

I had an issue where the SIM card in my phone was not functioning. Alonso was the person who was assisting me, he was very professional in resolving my issue. Another worker there, Autumn was assisting another customer with the same issue. Both employees did an excellent job, above and beyond.
