“Best Customer Service for Sweet Kanoe. Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? How do yal expect people to go 3-5 days without a phone? Seriously!! Ridiculous really!! Anyways, Thank-you kanoe...Exceptional Customer Service.

“I have been in this particular store before and bought some miscellaneous items for my phone and I have always been approached by a very friendly welcoming customer service person. That day it was Beau and he helped me by showing me options and prices for what I came in for. I bought my item then he went one step further and asked me if I would like help putting it on for me! “Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. I had a great experience here!”

“Went to the store yesterday, although the problem has not been completely solved, it is not their problem, their service is satisfactory and professional. Patrick Ryan received me, I am not good at English, so we basically communicated through mobile translation software. In the process, Patrick Ryan actively and patiently helped me solve the troubles that AT&T brought me. This is the best AT&T store I have ever come into contact with, and their excellent service will bring better reputation to AT&T. I have to give this store 5 stars. ?”
“I had an issue where the SIM card in my phone was not functioning. Alonso was the person who was assisting me, he was very professional in resolving my issue. Another worker there, Autumn was assisting another customer with the same issue. Both employees did an excellent job, above and beyond.”

“The service here was really outstanding and AMAZING! I got me a new iPhone 15 pro max and it’s working WONDERS! The budget I had is $300 cause that’s all I could afford and my helper Rey did a great job in making my budget worth it while still having a great experience! He’s well informative and well-versed in his line of work! The other guy that was also there is also amazing in do sorry I didn’t catch his name! “Ordered a new phone for pick and from the time I walked in the door til when I left the service was top notch. Rod was the customer service representative that helped me. Not only did he provide phenomenal service but also was knowledgeable, personable and genuinely kind. I had a lot of questions and he was supportive and just the best type of human you could encounter. I also had my small daughter with me and he was kind to her as well.
