“Had an appointment with a competitor to get my tire looked at (seemed like I had a slow leak) and that company called to move my appointment to another day. I had a trip planned for the following day so decided to take my business to Tire Discounters on Hwy 92. The sales manager Simon got me checked in right away. Told me they had a short wait. But they got my car in the garage super fast. I hung out in the nice & clean waiting room. And within 15 minutes Simon told me I was ready to check out. They patched my tire and told me to have a great day. I will definitely be back for any tire needs. And already told at least a dozen people about their great customer service!”

I recently lost my dad and one of the unforeseen struggles of grief I lost my go to car person. “Dad what’s this weird noise?” “Do I actually need this repair or am I getting scammed?”
At True I found people who I could trust and I felt were genuinely looking out for me and the longevity of my vehicle. I told Chance I was taking a road trip and he ensured the team looked over my vehicle to make sure I would be safe on the drive. Chance worked with me on prioritizing any repairs and understood budget constraints - I never felt pressured to buy anything and I felt fully informed of the ins and outs of what my car needed and WHY.
Also, they offer a lot of promotions and you can schedule via text! I love the texting option because I hate talking on the phone.
Overall, very sad to be moving away and losing my car guys! Again, highly recommend”

“This place is straight FIRE!!! I recently visited this tire and alignment shop and I have to say, they really put the pedal to the metal when it came to getting my alignment sorted out. The staff was on fire with their knowledge and expertise, and I could practically see the smoke coming out of their ears as they worked their magic on my car.
The service was so fast, it was like they had a need for speed! And when they finished, my car was running smoother than ever. I felt like I was driving on clouds instead of burning rubber.
I have to give a huge shoutout to the team at this shop - they are absolute tire-slayers when it comes to alignments. I'm so grateful for their precision and attention to detail.

“I went there on a late Saturday morning when they were pretty busy and was told that it would take about three hours before they could have someone take a look at my vehicle so I decided to drop it off and have my Son pick me up. By the time I got home, which only took about 15 minutes, I received a call from D.W. Campbell informing me that the vehicle was ready for pickup. The Service Manager took it upon himself to check my vehicle out and was able to quickly find the problem and fix it. Although it was a simple problem, I was still impressed at how the under promised but over delivered and fixed the problem after I had taken it to two other places that had the vehicle for several hours and couldn't find the problem. From now on I'm bringing all of my seven vehicles to DW Campbell.”
