“I have to say that I have stored my personal belongings here at the Woodstock locations and had a wonderful experience. All the way from the move-in to the move-out, was the best I have ever been to. Out of all the locations anywhere nearby -I totally recommend the Woodstock Roswell area. You could not be in better hands with the chain of command here. They are amazing people ready to help no matter what in any way they can. All the way from the property manager, district manager, up to the Regional. I have personally dealt with them all and could not deal with more outstanding people, compared to anywhere else. Love this place!!!!”

“? 2nd time I've showed up to wash my truck and there is no soap in the lines... How does a car wash stay in business when they don't have soap?
I've frequent this wash for years... Actually nearly a decade now! Not gonna waste my time driving here anymore just to spray some water on my truck. I gotta spicket at home that'll spray water for FREE??
**Update**
The owners did call me and we talked. Very nice people and told me about trying to get the service people over to fix the problem during the holidays. I understand and went by couple days later to check out. Everything worked great and I'm glad it was a simple fix.
I will continue to use their business since they do the best they can and go above and beyond to fix any problems with real solutions.”
“The agents at the counter were helpful and thorough in their work and the gentleman assigned to my truck was kind enough to patiently walk me through hitching my car to the trailer. The truck was incredibly clean and was maintained to near perfection, except the AC. I had to drive across an entire state with the windows down.”
“This U-Haul is located on Highway 92 near at the Hames Road intersection. If you are trying to find the place, look no further than the massive American flag flying...that will direct you right in! We came to this location for the obvious, a truck rental. We had to move some furniture, so we picked up a 15" truck. The truck itself was in overall good shape, with the exception of a minor crack in the windshield that was actually letting water come through as we drove through the rain on the highway. Nothing major, but definitely an annoyance! The location itself is one of the larger U-Haul centers in the area. The store is large and features models of their storage units, a wall for truck accessories, a section of all your packing needs (boxes, tape, etc...) and even a spot for free boxes that were previously used and dropped off/recycled. The store was clean and well laid out. Outside the truck pick up and drop off were well labeled and placed. You pulled through to drop off, someone came out to inspect it and you were on your way. Additionally, this location has propane as an offering. Lastly, one of my least favorite things to do is fill up the gas tank a few miles away and running the risk at being below where you need to be...but not here, as they are located right beside a QT! Overall, solid spot. We had no major issues are service was friendly and quick.”
