“We needed a storage unit to move our 1984 SeaRay Seville boat from Lake Lanier to Lake Allatoona but couldn't find any storage facilities with a 10x30 unit with a wide enough door to get the trailer through. Paul and Stephanie were accommodating to designate a unit same-day when I called in, let me see it, and then move in the next week. The billing was straight forward and all signing and transactions were completed electronically. I will happily refer them to any of my local contacts.”

“Sadly, of all of the storage facilities that I have had over time, I have very little nice things to say about them... except for this one. Nakeisha is the manager of this location and she is not only such a delight to deal with (always pleasant, professional, and efficient), she runs a tight ship and it shows. The property is immaculately upkept, the office is open on time like clock work, she is prompt to respond to any concerns you may have, and she works long and hard to ensure that safety is always at the top of the list of her concerns. I'd like to think that Nakeisha and I became friends during my time there, she was always so bright and endearing when I'd see her, she would remember key things to ask me about to make me feel like she was involved and truly cared. Extra Space is lucky to have someone so hard working and wonderfully kind on their books. I sure hope they appreciate all of the wonderful things that come from this property and it is all due to the very talented manager whom deserves praise after praise. Thank you, Nakeisha, and Extra Space for making my time with you all as wonderful of an experience as I could have hoped for. You certainly shall not be soon forgotten!”

“Acworth Storage has been a nice surprise. I needed somewhere that was climate controlled, had easy access, was close to my home and reasonably priced. I found all of that and it is very clean — no bugs or rodents, the owners were helpful and nice, and I felt safe every time I went to my unit. The hours were great. Vince worked with me on the first rent. If I ever need more space again, I will definitely go to Acworth Storage on Hickory Grove Rd in Acworth, GA. It's a good deal. You can find and reserve what you need on their user-friendly website, but you don't have to. Their whole operation is personal and user-friendly. Thanks, Twyla Bogaard”

They were out of the regular Hand Dolly that we ordered but they had an Appliance Dolly that we were given. The Manager even offered up her own personal Dollie’s as a substitute if we didn’t like the Appliance Dolly. That’s some seriously good customer service!! We would 10/10 use this location again.”
