“I’ve been coming to this Hollywood Feed since I moved here to GA, 9 months ago. I always loved trying new treats and food for my little Boston. Unfortunately, we lost her yesterday and Hollywood Feed allowed me to return all the food and treats I’ve purchased, even if they were opened and half way gone. No questions asked. Thank you for being understanding and compassionate during such a difficult and sad time. I highly recommend this store and their caring staff. ???”

“Amazing pet store. They have everything for all your pet needs. They will trim dog nails, clip bird wings and the employees are so knowledgeable on animals and all species. The owner of the store is so passionate about animals. He has taken his time to give us advise on the different dog food brands and how to check through ingredients in the future. They offer to take back any pet bought from there store. If pet does not work out at your home. Great store.”

Something went wrong with my credit card and the manager paid the $3.00 for me since the card couldn’t be put back through due to their security system. “I love this petsmart so much whenever the super bubbley lady is at the register but whenever Theresa is up front she is always so nasty with an attitude with me and my husband. Definitely should not be at the register, maybe just let her clean the fish tanks and avoid communicating with customers all together.”

“I absolutely love shopping here! My dogs are healthier than ever getting food that they provide. The staff are so quick to help you and really know their stuff! Their membership program is my favorite because I always forget about it and then magically have $10 off waiting for me. That goes a long way when you have three large German shepherds to feed! I also love how welcoming the staff are to your dogs. I have a young pup going through a fear phase and they got on the floor so she could cuddle up to them. It really helped her get comfortable! Thank y’all for being so amazing!!”
