It took almost 1 hour of several different attempts but, eventually he got it up and going. He was relentless and wouldn't quit. Roscoe is the man, and I strongly recommend his assistance and this location.”

Plus they have that deal where if it's more expensive there than at another store they will match the price and I think that is amazing. It might not seem like a lot of it's only a few dollars but a few dollars can add up after a while. Either way i absolutely love this location specifically.”
“I was so impressed with Marcella helping me yesterday! I felt like she had my best interests in mind as she helped me trade in my old devices. One of the devices wasn't ringing up for the quoted trade-in value so Marcella got on the phone with customer service for me and made sure I was going to get the full trade-in value! She even asked the customer service rep to put a remark in the account so I could reference it in the future if there were any problems. Who does that these days?! She didn't have to do it, but she did. It was towards the end of Marcella's shift and she still went above and beyond to take care of my needs. THANK YOU!”
