“I ordered the new S23 ultra and had it shipped here. It never showed up. After alot of time back and forth with att, ups, etc, I got nowhere. So I decided to pay the 55 dolla re stock fee and be on my merry way.So I came into the store and communicated my decision. First and foremost.......every one here went above and beyond helping me, I'm thoroughly happy. Second, they got the order canceled, got a new phone on the way to my home (this time), and I didn't have to pay a restocking fee. They came thru for me, and if you ever have a problem, I believe they'll come thru for you too.Thanx so much y'all, keep up the awsome work!”

“I recently stopped by this location in Acworth to inquire about switching to Verizon. I was greeted by Ethan Hart. I tell ya. I was impressed and didn’t feel pressure. He answered my questions. He was very helpful and informative. He even continued to help after initially meeting with me when I had additional questions. Very good customer service. THANK YOU”

“No complaints. Good place, kind people. They fixed my phone well with no surprises. They were pleasant throughout the experience (it was Gilles and Alex, both great guys). I'd use them again.They will make you aware of additional things to buy: protection plans, cases, etc. Gilles overheard me talking about getting an Xbox for my boy and was sure to offer to sell me one and to finance it. They weren't pushy at all, but they definitely made me aware of opportunities to purchase thingss.They also have a tip jar, and the credit card keypad asked me to leave a tip. I say that because I'm one of those annoying people who doesn't much care for leaving tips; I'd rather see them just put the "tip" into the cost of the service. But it's not that big a deal.All that said, I'll be using these guys again. They did a fine job, and I'm very satisfied with their service, costs, and professionalism. Recommended.”

“If I could give them 100 stars I would. Michael helped me out the other day with getting a new phone and at a great price that was within my budget. He saw the I was stressing and resolved any issues that I had and at the end I got a new phone, a speaker, and a case and screen protector all for a good price. Michael deserves a big raise!”

“I had came into the store to help reactivate my sim card. During the outage, I had erased my esim from my 13 Pro Max by mistake because at the time I was unsure of the outage of the time and thought that was the issue. Once the outage was over, I tried reactivating my esim through the AT&T website to no luck. I got on the phone with customer service and the customer service person on the phone did not listen to me at all telling me that the reason I did not have service was not because of me deactivating my sim (I was looking at it as inactive) but due to the outage and that I needed to wait. Keep in mind this was around 3PM and the outage was definitely over as EVERYONE on my phone plan had service BUT me. This person on the phone REFUSED to help me activate my esim.Luckily, when I had went into the store, everyone there fully listened to me and helped me restore my esim and got me back online. They listened to me fully and got my phone back up and running! Absolutely amazing staff and store! If it were not for them my phone would STILL be on SOS!”

“I can not say enough good things about an employee by the name Nathan. I had a problem with my phone's password. I called customer service and they were not able to help me, they suggested that go into one of the stores to get help. I went into the store and this young gentleman was very knowledgeable. He called customer service and he was able to help me change my password. Nathan's customer service was impeccable.”

“If you are looking for cellphone provider that not give you reliable cell service but all want to get some amazing customer service, come see Jessenia and her staff. They definitely help me get me the best plan that fits my needs and helped inform my with latest and greatest cell phone device and accessories. The entire process to around 30 mins and that mainly due to the fact I did remember my login information. Jessenia is very knowledge and humble. If by some miracle the CEO of verizon read this assessment I would suggest that you invite her to sit down conversation an allow her to develop programs for customer service training and product information. Also if you are going offer smart watches stock up on the accessories as it was a let down that I need to go elsewhere to get bands. As usual I like leave on positive note. I would say that verizon wireless is leading the industry and there future looks bright and if they invest in customer service rather an the bottom line I know God will take care of them. Look a chick-fil-a they close on sunday and they really focus on customer service and are leading their industry.
