“Update: Unfortunately closed (permanently), when I visited Oct 27th 2023.I've been buying batteries from batteries plus for years. I'm thrilled to see a store here on Marietta Hwy. in Canton/Holy Springs. They always have a great selection, their staff is great and I give 10 stars to batteries plus for their warranties, especially the X2Power line. I had bought 2 of the group 65 dual purpose charging/deep cycle and had an issue with them after running both in my 6.0 powerstroke for 2 years. I brought them to the store for tested and walked away with 2 new ones. I will be getting 4 more to use as auxiliary power in the camper van conversion.”

“One of the best retail experiences I have ever had. I am 51 years old and have been a driver and auto parts shopper for many many years now. The staff at this particular O'Reilly Auto Parts were extremely helpful and professional. The manager, Dawn was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful and genuinely concerned about my vehicle issues. Dawn took care of my parts issues as well as pointed me in the right direction as far as the new parts I needed. Dawn's knowledge of vehicle repair as well as parts was impressive to say the least. The rest of Dawn's staff, including Jimmy was amazing as well. Of all the auto parts store chains (the big 4), O'Reilly is the best by far and this location as well as the Tucker Georgia location are the best of the best. If you are in the Kennesaw area needing auto parts, this is the ONLY place to go. Dawn and her staff will take care of you for sure. The best auto parts store experience I have ever had. “I would recommend this store to anyone in the area. Alex and Steven are awesome! The service they both gave was top notch. I was 47 miles from home when my vehicle started to smoke. Alex came out to look at it and checked the codes, battery and alternator. The alternator was the issue. They gave me some suggestions, allowed me to stay safe in the store while I waited for a tow truck. Then Steven suggested a mobile mechanic. He was unavailable but another pulled up to the store. Long story short, I purchased the parts needed and more, had the vehicle repaired and got home safe.”

“I needed help with my daughter's car. She lives 1 hour drive away from me. I drove to her house to get the car. I wasn't sure which auto parts store to go to. She was working a job away and told me where to go. Turns out to be O'Reilly in Canton, GA. A young man named Shay greeted me as I walked in. Told him about the troubles with the car. He went into action mode. He tested the battery and also tested the engine because the ' test engine light ' was on. The tests revealed I needed a new battery, and the engine # 3 and 4 cylinders were not firing properly. He installed a new battery, and my daughter will make an appointment with the dealership. I know if I'm near Canton and in need of auto parts, where I'm going. On the way, I will be hoping Shay is working.”

“Truck needed a new battery. I got mine from out of state. Drove to the interstate battery store to get a replacement. The agent was coming back from in appointment and saw that I had one arm to use to put in the new one and stopped to help me out. Now that was nice and very good customer service from him.
