217 E May St, Winder“Kynzie was my first impression, and she's a delight. I had already had my membership a month and only used it to tan. I spoke with her, and she set me up with the 6 weeks of small group training with Thaís. Another amazing human! The sessions can be up to 4 people at a time, not a personal trainer, but I still got a very good work out each time. Thaís is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with her and highly recommend her as a trainer, either personally or in the small group setting. The gym is kept very, very clean. The other members either keep to themselves or are nice to talk to and get to know. No creepers. Major bonus is that the gym 24hrs and you can use other locations as well. I will most definitely continue my membership at this gym and recommend it to others.”
“I go/went to this gym five days a week. It's small but still had all the equipment for a full body workout. Sadly I am leaving the gym and going to the YMCA not due to the gym or staff but I have kids and the Y has the pool and other things they can use and I don't want to pay for memberships at two different places. I read some of the negative reviews and I think some people just can't be pleased.”
“So far I have been coming to Forge-Rx for 2 months and I can say my overall experience has been extremely satisfying. If you are in the winder area and want to start your health journey look no further. The gym has every strength training machine you could possible think of along with a cardio room up stairs. They also have a sauna that you can pay extra for if you so choose to do so. The staff are very approachable and friendly and willing to assist should have any questions or concerns that you may have. The people that attend the gym are very polite and super respectful to each other. Definitely a great gym and highly recommend if you are in the area.Overall, if you want to change your lifestyle and make health and fitness your lifestyle this a great place to start. They also have programs that you can sign up for to work with a personal trainer that will help you out with your workouts along with your nutritional recommendations.-Dennis”
