Jessica was helpful, personable, well-informed, and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured to buy anything. She laid out the features of each of the vehicles we wanted to see in a factual way, not trying to push us into features we didn't really want. I feel like she just wanted to match us with the vehicle we both wanted and could afford, which was both refreshing and much appreciated.
We arrived on the lot fairly late in the day as we thought we were going to test drive only and make a decision later in the week, but we were so impressed by the vehicle that we pulled the trigger, and Jessica as well as the very friendly man who did all the paperwork stayed late to close the sale so we could take the car home that evening. I will be recommending Akins Ford and Jessica in particular to all my friends, and especially to my female friends. This is how car buying should be.”

“I can't even get Craig Conner to overcharge me or do unneeded work if I want. Seriously, how valuable is it to have a mechanic who you can tell on the phone (this is me 2 weeks ago) "Just check if any fluids need service. You don't need to call me for authorization, after 10 years of never being displeased, I trust you." Note, we were discussing 2 differentials, transmission, power steering flush, and brake flush, oh and whether or not only 1 or both front wheel bearings need replacing on a Nissan Armada... all very costly. I end up being charged only for the work done, with only one hub replaced and the transmission flush, and a recommendation of when to have him recheck. My cost out the door with tax for a wheel bearing replacement and transmission flush was less than anyone else's price for just the single wheel bearing.
I would trust this man with my house keys and bank account while out of town. That is my level of respect and trust.
And best of all I am supporting a local small business, and he provides valuable jobs to the market. Craig is just awesome.”

“I brought my Jeep to Akins Collision after being in an accident where another driver took a left turn in front of me. There was a lot of damage to my Jeep and many issues, but each time they were able to troubleshoot and fix anything. Unfortunately, in the end, there was too much damage and my insurance company decided to total my Jeep. Akins took great care of me all along the way. When there were issues with my insurance company, they loaned me one of their vehicles. When it was decided that my Jeep was totaled and my insurance company was low balling me on the settlement price, they put me in touch with Jordan Wooten of Wooten Umpire and Appraisals who got me another $10k over what my insurance company was offering. Tim Murphy and Tim Adels did a great job getting the Jeep back together and were always very helpful. When I needed documentation to fight with my insurance company, Elain Hunt (who is an absolute sweetheart) always provided what I needed as quickly as possible. The people at Akins Collision took much better care of me than my insurance company did. If you are ever in a car accident, take your car to Akins. They will go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle.”
