“A deer hit our son's car; bear in mind this is his first car, so it was very important to find a reliable and trustworthy collision shop to get his car back on the road safely and effectively. I had the pleasure of working with Classic Collision Auburn shop and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked into the door to drop the car off; the ladies in the office greeted us warmly, they were professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explained the process to us. “This was my first time using them and I found them to be professional, honest and courteous. I was skeptical at first that what they said my issue was, was not going to fix my car. I am very happy with their service and would go again.”

“Took the head off my 67 Mustang to them. I had broken off several bolts in the head while trying to remove my old exhaust manifold. Since it was the original head, it needed other work. They resurfaced and cleaned it. They also did a valve job and hardened the valve seats. Of course they also took care of the bolts I had broken off.I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There were a couple of issues that could use improvement. First they never actually called me with an estimate for all the work that was needed. They just did it and it was twice what we had discussed as a rough estimate. Second is the building is actually a bit hard to determine. It is off a main road down a gravel drive.All in all they did do great work and the car runs much better. Check out the attached pictures.”
