“Kudos to the employees and management. This is the neatest, cleanest, most well stocked Dollar General that I have seen in years. There wasn't a single cart full of merchandise to be seen.”

“Today my aunt and I brought a 2 year old and 4 year old in to pick a “just because” gift (something I’ve never done but my aunt insisted on). While at the store we asked for a price check on a few items, while the employee was stocking shelves. She immediately helped us then returned to her work. After my kiddos had chosen a toy, we’re headed to the checkout down the party goods aisle. My 4 year old picked up a small snow globe which I immediately told him to put back down… before he had the chance to put it down, he dropped it accidentally and it shattered on the floor. I found the employee that had helped us earlier, I believe her name tag said Harmony, and asked her how I could clean it up and pay for the item. She came to our aisle and cleaned up the area and insisted that it was an honest mistake and we did not need to pay for the 3.50 broken globe. I was mortified that I had let this happen and wanted to crumble into a million pieces- apparently my four year old felt the same because at the register he asked me if the police were on the way to get him. As a mother who’s as frazzled in this situation, with a very sensitive child that genuinely did not mean harm to any store items, I could not have been more appreciative of Harmony. I would certainly come back to this store to shop for its amazing customer service (although they would probably prefer we shop elsewhere ha).”
“This store is always busy!! I feel like, DG could take a little advice and use more staff at one time, in there.. it's a bigger store. I'd have at least 2 or 3 associates, 1 for cashier, 2 stricktly on the floor, and a manager on the register & floor at all times. Then the store could be cleaner / neater, with more signage .. selling thru more product faster & easier. Some Managers of these stores are really great, ((this store for example!)) They /She / He / just dont get enough hours $$ payroll to schedule the staff they need for their store to have enough coverage to do anything .. like pricing, while the store is open, besides help customers & recover.”

THAT IT WAS TRULY A ? PLEASURE ? SHOPPING THERE AS WELL. THE ? STORE WAS WELL STOCKED WITH PRODUCT, REALLY CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED. ? HE WAS ?️ GREETING PEOPLE ▶️ IN, AND ◀️ OUT. MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE AT HIS ? HOUSE OR SOMETHING. ? HE ALSO WAS ASSISTING PEOPLE BY HELPING THEM ? FIND PRODUCTS. JUMPING ON THE CASH REGISTAR TO GET THE LINE DOWN. ALL WHILE HAVING FRIENDLY UPBEAT CONVERSATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS. HE EVEN HELPED AN ? OLDER LADY TAKE HER ?️ BAGS TO HER ? RIDE OUTSIDE IN THE COLD . NOW YOU TALKING ABOUT IMPRESSED, AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. I WAS ?️ BLOWED AWAY FOR THIS MUST NEEDED CHANGE FOR THIS GRIFFIN STORE. ? HE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO ?️ COMMENT ON IT TO THE WORKERS BEFORE ?LEAVING THAT I SAW A ? BIG CHANGE IN THIS ? STORE. THIS MAN REALLY DO NEED A ? RAISE. ? HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPRESSIVE TO SAY THE LEAST. “Great staff, the employees are awesome .. We (my mom and i) usually shop the store after dinner so its almost closing time, and they have never been rude or unwelcoming. (Hard to do at a convenience store)Store floors, and shelfs, are not bad actually!! .. Its a small store but cleaner, and more organized than some other stores. Check out line moves fast. ?”

“All I can say is this store, store #08581 was very clean and looked amazing. Not any overstock on the floor, I was able to move around and not worried about tripping. “Accidentally left my wallet there, and the store staff kept it safe until I got back from racing home to see if maybe I left it there! Talking about a fast paced heartbeat! Thank you all so much. I am very appreciative and thankful. They also had just the product I was looking for on an additional note. Five stars for some genuine customer service and the thought to immediately protect something so valuable to another individual. I will be back to this Dollar Tree!”
