THAT IT WAS TRULY A ? PLEASURE ? SHOPPING THERE AS WELL. THE ? STORE WAS WELL STOCKED WITH PRODUCT, REALLY CLEAN, AND ORGANIZED. ? HE WAS ?️ GREETING PEOPLE ▶️ IN, AND ◀️ OUT. MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE YOU WERE AT HIS ? HOUSE OR SOMETHING. ? HE ALSO WAS ASSISTING PEOPLE BY HELPING THEM ? FIND PRODUCTS. JUMPING ON THE CASH REGISTAR TO GET THE LINE DOWN. ALL WHILE HAVING FRIENDLY UPBEAT CONVERSATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS. HE EVEN HELPED AN ? OLDER LADY TAKE HER ?️ BAGS TO HER ? RIDE OUTSIDE IN THE COLD . NOW YOU TALKING ABOUT IMPRESSED, AND GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND. I WAS ?️ BLOWED AWAY FOR THIS MUST NEEDED CHANGE FOR THIS GRIFFIN STORE. ? HE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO ?️ COMMENT ON IT TO THE WORKERS BEFORE ?LEAVING THAT I SAW A ? BIG CHANGE IN THIS ? STORE. THIS MAN REALLY DO NEED A ? RAISE. ? HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPRESSIVE TO SAY THE LEAST. “This store is always busy!! I feel like, DG could take a little advice and use more staff at one time, in there.. it's a bigger store. I'd have at least 2 or 3 associates, 1 for cashier, 2 stricktly on the floor, and a manager on the register & floor at all times. Then the store could be cleaner / neater, with more signage .. selling thru more product faster & easier. Some Managers of these stores are really great, ((this store for example!)) They /She / He / just dont get enough hours $$ payroll to schedule the staff they need for their store to have enough coverage to do anything .. like pricing, while the store is open, besides help customers & recover.”
