The people working at the store are very helpful. The system was down when I walked in, but Haley did an excellent job explaining everything and allowing me to wait in the store until the system came back up 30 minutes later. She was calm and sympathetic with me and others that came in afterwards.

My visit today was exceptional. I needed to process an international return, and the staff handled everything seamlessly. The whole experience was much easier than anticipated.
