“Damn! This guy is good! Pinnacle of customer service. He was super-helpful over the phone. He was also super-helpful in person. He walked me through my exchange and label printing. I'm glad this location opened up. It's closer to where we live. I wish I would have remembered his name so I could put it here and credit him properly. I suck at remembering names. I'm assuming it is the same guy mentioned in the other review.”

“This is a very busy place considering it is in Athens. They are friendly and work hard non stop. Around the holidays the lines are big but isn’t that the way it is at any shipping place? When you write a review I wonder if you put yourself in that person’s shoes (just for a day) and see how efficiently they work non stop almost all day. Five stars for five star people doing their job!”

“I recently used the UPS Store in Watkinsville, GA for their Print Services offered. Ellen made it a great experience! Fast too! I had an urgent need to get some Marketing Sheets done and Elllen was super helpful with the ordering process on their website. I was having trouble with the website and selecting the weight/thickness of paper I needed for my work and she was able to help me get it done. The entire staff is very friendly, and always willing to step right up to the counter and assist. Highly recommend this store and all the services offered!! I will continue to give them my business.”
