I have a bunch of pennies, and I'm an account holder, and they have a change counting machine, but they still charge 5% to count them. Typical bank, but still disappointing.

Just as im reading here about atm claim denial. I had one also. Lost $100 at a private teller machine for robins. Claim denied. They dont honor atm teller losses
