I had the pleasure of being assisted by Tim. Tim was very professional and pleasant to work with. I had been debating about opening up a account with this Institution for years. “Phoebe Munson (Robins Credit Union) I’ve been banking with Robins for 40 plus years. But today was a different experience we went to the new Russell parkway location. We signed in and within seconds were greeted by Phoebe Munson. I really can’t express how impressive this young lady was. Phoebe was super pleasant and fast. She assisted us in a manner that was totally unexpected. While we were there at least an hour she did multiple I mean multiple task that saved me several trips. Her knowledge and willingness to take care of all of our banking needs was I’ll say it again amazing !!! Who ever trained Phoebe my hats are off to you!
