She helped me through every step through the process of replacing my damaged surface pro with a Surface Laptop 13 inch. She was by far the most knowledgeable and personable customer assistant i have ever had when dealing with Best Buy. She didn't just drop us off with the geek squad and disappear. She thoroughly answered detailed questions; and if she didn't know the answer, she looked it up right then and there! She provided suggestions that helped me decide which laptop to purchase. “If anyone in Middle GA needs any kind of appliances, this is definitely the place to go. After, having a horrific experience from Lowe's, Home Depot&Best Buy, my husband and I came here twice after shopping around. We were without a refrigerator and the gentleman there on Thursday evening, October 24, was a true blessing to us. He made sure our new refrigerator was delivered swiftly and in perfect condition. The gentlemen that delivered the refrigerator, were extremely courteous and professional. The refrigerator was delivered undamaged and the gentlemen put everything together for us. We're extremely satisfied and sincerely thank them for assisting us out of a horrible situation that we were left in by Lowe's.”
