Employees like this are very hard to find their few and far in between. He was very pleasant easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the product the phone. “Was looking to purchase a new iPhone and as soon as I walked in the rep ( Skyler) immediately stepped up to assist . He was very friendly and helpful . I was stuck between the iPhone 15 plus and the pro max . He made it very easy for me to choose ! lol . Set up was a bit of a hassle due to changing from a physical SIM card to a ESIM , but Skyler stayed on top of it and made sure that everything was done right the first time .
