Carter prepaid services don't work for me I had more trouble with this phone and I never had this kind of trouble with AT&Tand no one else. They said I had used all my data and they cut my phone off I was suppose to have unlimited but he found it more important to treat other people rather than me.

very unprofessional and terrible customer service. my girlfriend and I felt as if we was being harassed like we were a piece of meat. this place was recommended by a work colleague and I hate I wasted my lunch break. I dont know if i have ever felt so uncomfortable . I wouod never recommend this place.
