“Awesome people, great pricing for service, service is the best you can get for the price, there are some discounts on certain phone's for new customers and existing customers, BUT when buying a new phone you will be charged an unnecessary activation fee again. Everytime you get a new phone from cricket you will pay another $25-$30 activation fee and the phones that they sell are cricket branded. That means that some of the phones won't have the same specs as an unlocked phone. Get the service, pay the initial activation fee and as long as any phone you get next is unlocked your good. You can also use AT&T branded phones for cricket. I'm using one now as I write this. However, every employee I've encountered when walking in had a big friendly smile on their face, was willing to help immediately and did a great job with helping me. The prices are also unbeatable, unlimited everything starting at $55=1 line/mo, 45/2 lines, $35/3 lines, down to $25/4 lines a month. As I previously said, the service is excellent as I get service where only one other carrier can get it other than AT&T and that Verizon. So, no complaints here except the activation fee anytime I need or want to buy a new cricket phone from them.”
“I really couldn't help wanting to leave a review for a worker who wears a green vest there named John Roberts. This guy was unbelievable to watch work as I waited for him to get me a surveillance camera set that was locked up. I saw him going around helping everyone at the registers like Superman , while he was working his own line and register. I had to ask him his name because he truly needs the recognition he deserves. You never see people today work that hard and to witness the extra he was doing , I can't say enough . I was a manager for years in retail before owning my own business, but on a serious note he really deserves something for all his efforts.”

“I moved over to Verizon, because AT&T doesn't know how to figure out their billing problems it's been a disaster and I pulled four out of five and again moved to Verizon . When AT&T gets there billing department straightened out and know how to correctly charge a person I will be back when the bills only $50.45 and you send a bill for $4,024 and another one for $1,019 I don't trust your billing department one bit. Of course this has nothing to do with the store the store employee was very good. The phone that she moved from Verizon to AT&T only lasted 4 days and I went back to Verizon. Again only due to billing. Billing department only gets one star or less.”
