they pick and choose what they want to except cards for you can pay a phone bill with a card but want cash for airpods why would i go get cash and y’all take cards SHADY! My card is protected cash is not I don’t trust them

I came to rent a U-Haul truck and the man wouldn't let us in the store. We conducted business on the sidewalk. I could smell marijuana on him and could clearly tell he was high. When I brought the truck back, he wouldn't help us. He said he was closed. Even though he was on the sidewalk. It costed us extra money because he wouldn't help us do a return. As I was doing the return I could tell he was even more impacted but yet a couple of guys came up and they stood their talking and went into the store and locked the door. Very bad business.

Wilbert Sold me a used phone for 800+ the speakers were messed up same day I bought it I went back the NEXT day for the employee to tell me to upgrade the phone! Speakers still was not working went back again they told me they had ordered new speakers for my phone and that it will be $35 to fix it! Came back a week later and was told the company sent the wrong speakers waited another week still no speakers! The owner wilbert had the most nonchalant attitude for someone to be spending money with this company! After 2 weeks of having the phone they told me the phone was out of warranty! BAD BUSINESS BOO!
